Cooperative Living Makes Quality Affordable Purchase one ownership share in the Cooperative. This
is a one-time cost scaled according to the size of home you select. Pay a monthly fee which covers your portion of the cooperative's mortgage, building
insurance, real estate taxes, maintenance inside and out, and reserve funding. Resident owners are responsible for their own telephone, electricity and if they wish,
reserved parking in the heated underground garage.
